"My mother's haircut was done supposedly by Style Director but it wasn't good; she told him a few times to correct the cut but he refused. For me, the haircut is fine but I was charged a lot as compared to my earlier visit. My stylist is not a Style Director. There should be better transparency in billing at your salon."
