"Was very un satisfied ,I had visited with my son for his hair cut , so casually i thought of getting an D-Tan for Face and neck which was around 1500+ gst something , the person who did for me was not at all upto the Mark as it was for face and next she did for face and neck was not completely covered it was just in front and basic massage also was not done. And pls train ur staff for do the service which is billed . Usually I don't give any negative feedback back , the regular normal parlour staff are far far better . "

"The layered medium cut done by Sahil was good. However he was unable/disinterested to suggest haircut / highlights based on my face. For such a reputed salon which charge hefty we expect more experienced professionals. I wanted to do highlights but the way Sahil handled things I dropped the idea. Also, we expect better ambience after paying so much. The Bagalur branch looks and makes you feel like you are in barber shop. Had high expectations so feel disappointed."
