"Hair wash was not nice at all. Shampoo is too heavy for my fine straight hair, it weighted it down to look greasy without volume after wash. Took very long to dry but product was obviously still too heavy. Paid for the effort of the worker but to be honest, not worth it. Had to shower again after coming home. Reconsider the type of shampoos used for hair types, and i do not feel that this should have been charged"

"I'd like to share my feedback about my recent visit. I clearly explained that my hair is heavily layered, I love volume, and I only like my blowout styled inward. I also specifically requested an experienced stylist because my hair is very important to me. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing. My hair is naturally very fine, but conditioner was used without asking, which reduced the volume. The blow-dry also started while my hair was still very wet, which makes the style fall quickly. Most importantly, the stylist wasn't confident doing an inward blowout. Half of my hair was styled inward and the other half outward, and she kept asking why I don't prefer it outward instead. I came because I have an important meeting tomorrow, but I ended up going to another salon to fix my pangs . The stylist was very kind and welcoming, and my feedback is only about the quality of the work, not her as a person. I hope she gets more training to improve her blow-drying skills. ❤️"
