This salon is a fraud, especially one of its employees, Chitra. Today, I visited the salon for a facial. I clearly informed her that I only wanted the facial service worth ₹2,500. However, without informing me or taking my consent, she also performed a de-tan treatment. At the time of billing, I was surprised to see an additional charge of ₹1,500 for the de-tan service. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should always be informed about any additional services and their charges before they are performed. Adding services without consent and charging for them later is misleading and unethical.
