I visited Naturals Karama around 8–8:30 PM for nail extensions. I had previously had a good experience with their hair service, so I visited expecting that they would be able to provide the nail service as well.<br><br>One of the staff members, who was about to leave, kindly explained the nail extension options and the process to me. After I decided to go ahead with the service, she informed her manager that she needed to leave. I was then told that there was no one available to do the nail extensions at that time.<br><br>It was disappointing because I had specifically visited the salon expecting to get the service done, and my time was wasted. I would kindly suggest having an additional nail technician or staff member available, especially during the evening, so customers are not left without the service.<br><br>After this experience, I'm not sure if I would visit again, as I cannot be confident that the service I need will be available when I visit.
