Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. After my previous manicure was removed, I was left waiting for around 40 minutes while another client's nails were being done. As I was already halfway through the appointment, I had no choice but to wait.<br><br>Then, just 4 days after the new manicure, one of my nails completely came off. It was an overlay manicure so I was extremely disappointed with the result.<br><br>I contacted the salon to explain what happened, but the solution offered was only 50% off my next service. I explained that I did not feel this was an appropriate resolution, especially considering how soon the nail came off, and my messages were then not responded to.<br><br>I'm very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the way my complaint was handled. I would expect a salon to take responsibility when a service fails after only 4 days.<br><br>I can say the hair cut i had was good but the whole situation has left me disappointed.
