"I can't recommend this salon highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and completely at ease. The warmth, kindness and genuine care shown by everyone made such a difference and turned what could have been just another appointment into a truly lovely experience. I had both hair and skin treatment, got a complementary foot massage, and throughout the entire visit I felt genuinely looked after. Rajib and his team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They absolutely know what they are doing and their attention to detail and the care is exceptional. I left not only happy with how my hair and skin looked, but also feeling relaxed and refreshed. Special thanks to Sonali and Sameer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone looking for outstanding treatments and I would definitely come back. "

""I experienced a bad allergic reaction on my scalp after a hair colour service, even though the best quality colour was used. When I called to report it, Mr. Rajiv responded immediately, consulted a dermatologist on my behalf, and guided me on the medication as advised. He also told me to reach out again if it got worse. I really appreciate this quick and caring it made a difficult situation much easier to manage."

"Visited the place for the first time and had hair cut. Sameer, the hair dresser (a sweet young man), did his work with great care and professional expertise. Ambience of the salon is also good. Overall I am highly satisfied with their service. "
