"A profoundly disappointing experience from a reputed salon. The haircut reflected neither skill nor professionalism, while the detan treatment felt mechanical and carelessly rushed. A service meant for rejuvenation turned into sheer dissatisfaction. Prestige without competence is meaningless. Truly one of the poorest salon experiences I have encountered."
