I was a first time walk-in customer so I was grateful that they could accommodate me. The Ladies at the reception were exceptionally friendly. I almost immediately started my service and while washing my hair noticed the place was not clean and it was run down. It definitely needs a makeover. There were no windows and it was stuffy. The Lady who washed my hair did not ask me if I had done any treatment in my hair and required special shampoos or products before starting; or if I had dyed my hair recently; or the water temperature I prefer; or if I wanted to use a mask for my hair after washing… the Lady who blowdried my hair did not ask me what style I wanted before starting; only towards the very end did she ask me where I wanted my hair part. That's it. Otherwise, ZERO communication! She did a good job but had no clue how to deal with bangs. But honestly, no one in Saudi Arabia does. The salon is pricey for the service and the quality delivered.
