The stylist lacked basic knowledge of baby hair. Honestly, a regular street-side barber would have done a better job. Not what you'd expect from a kids' specialty salon. Now I have to take him to another salon to fix the issues.

The actual haircut experience was good. I think Manee was the stylist. The receptionist can be trained better to handle guests walking in. We had a reservation and we still had to wait 20 min and she couldn't communicate that clearly. Overall was a good experience and we will be back again.
