"The service from the actual stylist was great, but I had a terrible experience with the reception staff. The receptionist (girl) was extremely unprofessional. On my previous visit, when I had waist-length hair, I was charged 6,000. Now with shoulder-length hair, it’s still 6,000—no clear explanation or pricing brochure was shown. When I asked, they said they could see my past visits in their system but couldn’t clarify on why the pricing is similar. While the stylist’s work is genuinely good, everything else, especially customer service and transparency—is very disappointing."
