I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at your salon. I today went in for a hair coloring appointment and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and poor service. Firstly, the hair stylist who was supposed to be attending to me was also attending to other customers at the same time. This resulted in me having to wait for half an hour just to get my hair washed after the coloring process was done. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time.
