"Hi. I got a missed call from you guys on Thursday. I think you wanted me to come back for my 3-week refill. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using or needing your salon or nail technician services. After doing my nails with Mmapula, after I got home and fully assessed my nails, I was not impressed. I realized how weak my nails were. Having long natural nails, I thought she would use the Bio Sculpture UV Acrylic Gel, as that would have helped strengthen my nails and have the last long. My nails started cracking on the sides, and too weak for me to keep them as they were. I've been doing my nails with one of your old technicians who used to work there, and she was amazing and knows her work as a well trained nail technician. When she left your shop, I followed her wherever she went because it's hard to find a nail technician who knows how to do nails. My nails have grown and remain strong because of her. When I asked her to do damaged control, she was shocked at how my nails looked. I was advised to go back for your nail technician to fix the nails she did, but I refused. If she failed to do a good job the first time, why would she do a good job the second time fixing her mess. EVO has lost its standards and quality of services it's not the same Evo it used to be. I would rather go to other establishments that do quality jobs than to return to Evo for your service."

"It was my first time at your establishment but Tumi made me feel welcomed. She explained every step of the service I received. She is definitely a whole package. I enjoyed the cleanliness, the ambience and a super great service. Im happy with the work done. Thank you. I will definitely call again. "
