"Disappointing experience overall. I requested gel nails with a design, and the artist initially quoted ₹1000. However, I was charged ₹2355 at the end. The service took around 2.5 hours, and the final design looked different from the reference I had provided. Only after the service was completed was I informed that the design charges were calculated per nail, which was never communicated beforehand. I also felt that the artist lacked sufficient experience, as the outcome did not meet my expectations."

"Worst experience ever this is not the first time time but the second first time I was asked to pay for head massage which should have lasted for 30 mins which apparently only lasted for 15 mins and the guy was completely distracted. And today I had my session booked for 3pm for haircut beard and clean up, clean up started at 3 10 and ended by 3 45 and they asked me to wait for 15 mins which I was fine. But then 15 got changed to 30 and then 40 mins, if this was the condition then why did I have to have a booking?! I did that because I had to go for a function. I’m sorry this was the worst experience I received."
