Service was very disappointing. The girl who's been assigned for foot massage was very clumsy and less caring. I took another service for my hair which was the nano gun protein mask treatment. However the assigned lady was unaware of what service she's actually supposed to give. She literally washed my hair after applying the mask without using the nano gun. And when I asked her about it she said, she doesn't know about it and called the manager. Later on they managed to apply another mask for 5 mins that too on top of hair serum which they applied earlier and used the nano gun on my hair. Although they tried to solve the issue but washing my hair thrice was very inconvenient. When I raised a complaint about the services, the manager just said "next time hobena" that's it. I visited the salon for some relaxation but they just ruined my mood.
