"Respected Team, This was my third visit to your salon, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service I received today.During my previous visits, the staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service. That positive experience is the reason I chose to return. However, today's experience was completely different.When I arrived, there were no customers in the salon. I thought I would receive even better service since it was not busy. Instead, I noticed that the staff were watching a movie and seemed more focused on that than on attending to customers. While I understand that staff may relax during free time, once a customer arrives, they should give their full attention to their work. The staff who attended to me appeared distracted and quickly trimmed my beard without paying proper attention. I even told him, "Brother, you did a very good job during my previous visit. Please do it properly this time as well." He assured me that he would do his best. After leaving the salon, I checked my beard using my phone's camera and noticed that both sides were uneven. I had to return to the salon and point out the issue. Although the staff made some adjustments, the overall experience was disappointing and not up to the standard I had experienced before.I trusted your salon because of the quality of service I received during my earlier visits. Sadly, today's experience has changed my opinion. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I am genuinely disappointed.I hope you will take this feedback seriously, address the matter with your staff, and ensure customers receive the attention and quality of service they deserve.This is not a complaint and I am not blaming anyone but I am very much disappointed today that's why raising a concern that's all .Thank you "
