Poor time management ,, i reached late to my appointment i'll admit that but i booked 2 services , i did the first one without delay but the second one i got delayed 40minutes.. i had to go to the reception twice to get someone to do my hair but at that time i was so late already. I reached 11:45 am i got out at 1:00 pm for french color only.
