"Before I traveled, I used to come regularly to your salon to do my nails with Nuri. Now that I’m back in Jeddah, I booked with you again without thinking twice, expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. First, Nuri shortened my nails much more than I asked for, and they are not even the same length. She also changed the shape some nails are wider than others at the top *even though I clearly asked her before she started to keep the same shape* *and only shorten them slightly*. When I pointed out on one nail that it had been cut shorter than requested (before she shaped the others), she responded in an unprofessional manner and even raised her voice at me. I had to stop her and ask her to calm down and finish the service politely. She then suggested doing extensions. I said I wasn’t sure, since my nails were already long and didn’t need to be cut that much in the first place. Her response was, “I don’t know either,” again with an attitude. If she doesn’t know how to fix a problem she created, that is very concerning, she might need to change her job! The gel application was also very poor. She had to apply three layers ( 5 in total with base and top coat) of gel polish just to cover the nails properly, even though the color I chose is highly pigmented. She also filed my toenails unevenly none of them are straight and the regular nail polish application on the toes is messy and not properly covered. I honestly don’t understand how she was left working with clients without supervision or a manager available to speak with. I also have another complaint regarding my appointment booking. When I first booked, my appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. However, I never received any confirmation message from your side. If I hadn’t messaged to check, I wouldn’t have known that the appointment had been changed to 2:00 PM because the salon does not open earlier. This should have been communicated clearly, and your online booking system needs to be checked. *Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.*"
