"I’m really upset because this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me. Before this: 1. My gel-x nails fell off only four days after getting them done. 2. Another time, wax was put on my eyebrows incorrectly. I understood it might have been a mistake, so I apologized to the girl and even told management not to do anything to her because mistakes can happen. But today was the third time. I was sitting in the salon from 7:40 to 10:15. They changed my nails twice, and I didn’t complain, but the shape is still not right and they don’t look good. Before booking, I specifically confirmed that a skilled technician would do my nails"
