"I came with my niece and we both felt that the manicure and pedicure was quite rough on our feet and hands. The removal of the cuticules is too rough. My niece had tiny blood droplets come out. Furthermore, the nail application was not great. Both girls however were extremely professional in their attitude and very helpful. "
