"Actually I have been visiting NHSquare salon from past 2-3years . Service is very good . It has happened to me three times now so I am bringing it up - I had appointment all the theee times and just before I arrived( I arrived 5-10mins before my appointment) but they had started long procedure for someone else , they have asked me to wait for 2-3hrs . If I was walk-in that makes sense but with the appointment it makes no sense to wait past my scheduled time for 2+ hours . And I was never informed to come late if they sneaked in someone else. Also this one time - salonist with whom I had confirmed appointment was not available and I was not informed so I had to go back without the service. So please inform us if there changes in the schedule or absence of your salonist if we have taken prior appointments "
