"Very disappointed this time. It's never happened before so I just let it go without raising a issue. The staff assigned to do my cleanup called in another staff(probably newbie cause she was getting instructions). The newbie was doing good but the assigned staff kept telling the newbie to pull the wax strip faster and when she did it caused pain and has left bruises 😐"

"Visited NH Square Unisex Salon for a haircut and beard grooming, and the experience was excellent. The barber understood exactly the style I wanted and delivered great results.
