"The hair salon service itself was good, but the reception experience was very disappointing. The receptionist does not know how to communicate with clients politely and comes across as having a lot of attitude. She seems to judge and treat people based on their appearance, which is completely unprofessional. I also noticed that tea/coffee was offered differently to different customers, which felt unfair. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of how they look. The management should seriously look into this."

"I came for hair spa today. Services are good. But your music system is a torture!! May be speakers are very bad! Because of the horrible noise of music and hair dryers I could not enjoy the spa! "
