I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the way I was treated and the lack of transparency in the handling of my request. Before proceeding with the service, I specifically asked the receptionist whether the requested service was available. I was clearly informed that it was available, and based on this information, I agreed to proceed and paid the required amount. However, after the service was completed and payment had been made, I discovered that the service I had requested had not been provided. When I approached the receptionist to clarify the matter, I was given various excuses and was then told that the requested service was not available at your facility. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy of the information provided to customers. A customer should not be informed that a service is available, charged for the service, and then be told after payment that the service is actually unavailable. I consider this to be a serious failure in customer service, transparency, and professional conduct. I therefore request that management investigate this incident, review the conduct of the staff involved, and provide me with a clear explanation and appropriate resolution. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Regards,

The therapist is laking experience. It is unfair to me to chose the expensive type of massage and you let it be done with inexperience guy.
