I'm genuinely very disappointed with my experience with Esha Mam. I booked a ₹4,500 Korean facial purely based on trust. What happened during the treatment was extremely concerning. I was given a different, much cheaper product for the initial part of the facial, and when I questioned the staff, I was repeatedly told that it was a foreign product provided by Esha Mam. When I asked to speak to Esha Mam, I was made to wait. After around 15 minutes, she came with the Korean products and explained that the first product was only used for the initial cleansing/scrubbing because Korean products can sometimes dry the skin. But my concern was not just about which product was used. It was about transparency and trust. If I have paid ₹4,500 specifically for a Korean facial, I expect to be informed beforehand if a different product is going to be used—even for one step. What disappointed me even more was that my skin wasn't properly checked before the facial, and when I repeatedly asked to speak to Esha Mam, I was told she was busy and that the manager would speak to me later. I eventually changed, walked out, and only then did Esha Mam have time to speak to me. I was given a goodie pouch for the inconvenience, but honestly, what I expected was a simple "I'm sorry" and a proper explanation. This experience has taught me one thing: never blindly trust any salon or spa just because you know or trust the person. Ask what products are being used and check everything before the treatment begins. For me, this isn't about the goodie pouch or the money. It's about the trust I placed in the service provider and how that trust was handled.
