"I loved the ambiance and treatment. However my expectation with the scalp analysis was that I'd get a diagnosis and not just to tell me my scalp has dandruff or inflammation because I already know this. I thought I would be told the root cause and I'm concerned that at the end of the 8 weeks regimen that the problem will persist. I aim for a permanent solution not a temporary relief. "

"My overall experience was average considering the price charged. While the staff were pleasant and the ambiance was nice, there are a few areas that need improvement. First, the detangling tools used, particularly the wide-tooth comb and detangling brush, caused unnecessary pulling, which is not ideal for length retention. Additionally, there was excessive detangling throughout the process—before washing, after applying the deep conditioner, and again after rinsing it out. This amount of detangling felt excessive for someone focused on minimizing breakage and retaining length. Another concern was the use of Dark and Lovely Leave-In instead of a proper heat protectant before blow-drying. As a result, I opted out of blow-drying. Furthermore, the leave-in conditioner was not applied evenly across my hair initially. Instead, it was applied section by section while twisting, which caused the hair to dry out and required frequent rewetting to detangle each section properly. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the techniques and tools used did not align with the level of care and expertise I expected at this price point.”"
