"Today’s service was very disappointing. I received a deep cut below my right eye during beard styling. During the haircut as well, the way the scissors and trimmer were used was very rough and painful. No aftershave or any medical assistance was offered after the cut. At reception when it was noticed during I was swiping my card to make the payment, that time I got aftershave. This also raises a concern for me about hygiene standards. I did not notice any sanitization spray or cleaning of the razor before it was used on me or after I got a cut, which makes me worried about whether proper hygiene protocols were followed. I understand that time is important, but rushing through the service seriously affected both the quality and comfort. Customer safety and care should always be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again with anyone "
