"I had taken a prior appointment for facial, hair color, and haircut services. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing and far below the premium standards reflected in your pricing. The complete service took almost 4.5 hours, which was extremely exhausting. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait more than 45 minutes just to get my hair color washed. There seemed to be no proper service protocol or appointment management, as walk-in customers with smaller services were repeatedly attended to while I was kept waiting. I am also unhappy with the quality of the hair color service. The final result looks uneven and resembles a cheap mehendi shade, with visibly brown roots. When I raised the concern, I was told that it appeared brown because my hair is thin, which I do not find acceptable as a professional explanation. The facial service was comparatively better, but there were still hygiene and handling concerns. The therapist scrubbed my face continuously for almost 7–10 minutes with a scrubber, and I now notice multiple thin scratches on my face. Additionally, the work area was not maintained properly, with used tissues and materials being kept untidily beside my face during the service. Considering your premium pricing, I expected a much more professional, hygienic, and well-managed experience. Unfortunately, the service quality was below average and did not justify the time, cost, or expectations."

"Had one of the worst haircuts ever. The guy cutting my hair did not understand my hair texture and type and cut something disastrous, upon telling him that he hasn't cut it right he just went ahead and cut the hair shorter. Extremely disappointing, the entire experience was horrible, I don't think I am ever getting a haircut here. The pedicure was good. One more suggestion, all the guys cutting the hair are busy chatting amongst themselves, mocking and laughing. I feel there should be a certain decorum in the place, concentrate on what you are doing. I have been to your place earlier and even though the haircut wasn't great all other services were excellent and I did enjoy the experience, but this time was unacceptable. Hope you guys take this as a positive criticism and improve."
