"The reason we come to spin is to get better service than local barber shops, you have got the guy who doesn’t know the meaning of gentle. Kindly teach him way to handle gently. Parts of my neck and head are burning due to his manhandling. I would not go to him for saloon work again !! "

"The haircut which I showed as reference was something else. The person did what he wanted not what I asked for. Also over usage of heat on the hair even when requested to stop. Such a poor service never visiting your salon ever again "

"Firstly I am customer for spin from when it started in Yeshwanthpur. I visited on Thursday 28/08/25 at 4 pm. Service was very good by one of ur staff, I could not ask his name, A MAIN THING WHICH I WANTED TO EXPRESS IS, A RECEPTIONIST GIRL SHOULD SIT IN THE RECEPTION.ALWAYS SHE WILL BE IN A LEFT SIDE ROOM. I ASKED FOR A HAIR CUT BY MOHAN, a boy who was sitting in the reception told me he is free wait for 5 min then later Mohan sow my face and went inside the cabin where receptionist was sitting and later came up with the answer saying I am busy I have appointment, Plz the owner( Deepu) plz take care of this issue, my request because of some people don’t loose ur valuable customers. Plz take some action A spin which i used to come before when a receptionist Jacqueline was a manager it was too good but now there is lot of difference. If it is a false information given my me, check ur CCTV footage as I mentioned above. Only thing when we ask someone to give service that’s ur responsibility to make them give."
