"Not satisfied at all, unprofessional work, eyebrows banwayi wo itna painful process tha, bilkul kharab krdi 😡 Meni pedi bhi bilkul acha nhi tha, usme thoda bande ko araam milna chahiye just hatho pe cream laga di and that's it Mein Boht expections ke saath gyi thi . Time bhi laga or paisi to waste hue wo alag. Don't like the service at all💔"

"I visited this salon for a keratin treatment and a classic bob haircut. The keratin treatment turned out well, and I'm satisfied with that part of the service. Unfortunately, the haircut was a huge disappointment. I specifically asked for a classic bob, but despite the hairstylist mentioning that he had 13 years of experience, the result was far from what I requested. The cut lacks the shape and precision that a classic bob should have. What made the experience even more disappointing was the response when I tried to explain what was wrong. Instead of listening and understanding my concerns, the staff member kept making dismissive facial expressions, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. A haircut takes a long time to grow out, so it's frustrating when your concerns aren't taken seriously. I hope the salon works on both technical consistency and customer service so future clients have a better experience."

"I clearly communicated the amount of hair I wanted cut. However, the rubber-band procedure—which I have since learned is generally not appropriate for someone who does not want a boy-cut or an almost bald look—resulted in my hair being cut far shorter than I had agreed to. I paid the exact amount requested, without any negotiation, and spent a significant amount of money to achieve a specific look, yet I was left extremely upset. I cried when I got home because the hair at the back was cut so short that I cannot even tie it properly, and my family was also disappointed with the result. This is not what I requested, and it is not what I consented to. My instructions were not followed, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. A professional should respect the client's preferences and should never use a technique that causes such a drastic change without obtaining clear, informed consent first."
