"The root touch up had to be done 2 times as your stylist didn't do a good job covering the grey. The method for applying the color was completely haphazard, no clips, no segregation of hair. And your waxing specialist was not very good, for the bikini wax- same area wax was applied twice causing a irritation and skin break. Will never recommend. "

"The hair cut was not done properly, usually how you fresh feel right after the haircut , it wasn't that. I wanted step with bangs. I don't see that has been done correctly. One person washed the hair the other had cut the hair was bit confused overall. I would have to go to blown to rectify this mistake. Thought I would get the best service as I had booked appointment with the style director, but I am sorry to say that was not as expected. Thanks "
