If you want your store to maintain a good reputation and keep customers coming back, you need to either train Ayan to cut hair properly or hire someone who is experienced and professional. Ayan didn't listen to what I asked for or even bother to look at the reference photos I showed him. He did whatever he wanted, and the final haircut was absolutely disappointing and nowhere close to what I requested. This was a very poor experience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.
