Very disappointing experience. I went for a haircut today, and unfortunately, I got multiple cuts during the service. What upset me more was the lack of care and concern from the staff. Instead of properly attending to the cuts and ensuring everything was hygienic, I was simply told to apply Dettol if any infection happens. When a customer gets injured during a service, basic responsibility is to properly clean and take care of the wound, not leave it to the customer. I expected much better hygiene, professionalism, and customer care from a reputed salon. Please take this feedback seriously and ensure proper safety and hygiene measures are followed.
