"I wanted to get my haircut done from an experienced person but I think Rakesh is your new staff, he has done good haircut but I had to give him instructions. He obeyed my instructions and I expect him to be proactive and give me suggestions based on my existing hair and then do haircut on the basis. Overall haircut wise he is good. "
