"The person who given service was appreciated but the packages which are provided by you is not in correct way, 50% of service is removed what actual service is there, I took 799 package, in that head massage, DTan, haircut, beard is not satisfied and full service was not provided. When I asked him he said in this package they can provide only these services not full service, then what is the use of taking packages ? It's not his mistake he said as per management he is doing."

"Service was really good, but the only feedback i have is that the lighting could’ve been better. There’s no light which projects on the face to see the hair cut and beard, it’s all the shadow falling on face to check. "
