"I opted for expensive hair spa yet my hair didn't smell like it has to be after a luxury hairspa. Hairstylist couldn't give me a proper massage as she had big nails infact I informed her the same. Not happy with the service. I'll not visit again. "

"Compare to last service, this time the botox treatment was not done properly by the hair dresser (I guess his name was Javed). After 2-3 washes my hair came to the normal with fizzy and rough texture. Last service was very good and it stayed for almost 1yr. But this time it was a poor service "
