"​Absolute worst experience. I specifically asked the stylist, Alam, to maintain my length as I had very long hair. Instead, he completely disregarded my instructions and chopped off nearly half of it. ​To make matters worse, the overall behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional. Alam and his colleagues were continuously gossiping and making fun of clients, creating a deeply uncomfortable environment. It felt far below the standards of a professional salon. I will never visit this place again. "
