I had a wonderful experience at TONI&GUY Salon today. I am very happy with my hair colour and spa service—they were done beautifully and with great care. A special thank you to Mr. Nazim, my hairstylist, for his excellent work, professionalism, and attention to detail. He understood what I wanted and gave me a result I truly loved. Also, Ms. Aneesha, the receptionist, was very warm, polite, and helpful. She made the whole experience pleasant from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

​Absolute worst experience. I specifically asked the stylist, Alam, to maintain my length as I had very long hair. Instead, he completely disregarded my instructions and chopped off nearly half of it. ​To make matters worse, the overall behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional. Alam and his colleagues were continuously gossiping and making fun of clients, creating a deeply uncomfortable environment. It felt far below the standards of a professional salon. I will never visit this place again.

I was told a different rate before the service and completely different rate after the service. Plus, the blow dry didn't even last a day.
