"Despite mentioning that I want a deep U, the stylist went ahead and completed the haircut with barely a U shape. After the hairwash, the stylist did not check with me the length to be cut before making the first cut - i think it ended up being a tad too short leading to his inability to make a deep U. When I specifically asked to show how much he is cutting, thats when he showed me. "

"I usually get my hair done by Shaan, and he is very good at what he does. However, this time I had my appointment with Malik, and I’m quite disappointed. I specifically asked him to shape my bangs properly. He told me he would fix them after the blow-dry if they didn’t look good. While the blow-dry did look nice at the moment, that’s not practical because I can’t blow-dry my hair every day just to maintain the look. Once I got home and the styling wore off, my hair didn’t look good at all, and the bangs were not shaped as requested. I felt like my concern wasn’t properly addressed. I later checked the reviews and noticed that several others have mentioned similar issues with Malik, which was disappointing to see. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’ve had much better experiences here before."
