I had asked for a clean shave. The first stylist who was assigned for me trimmed my beard and said they don't do full shave there. It was shocking how he could just lie to my face. After insisting he said ok you want full shave, I'll do it. I got angry and asked for another stylist who was polite and did what I wanted. I would have given very poor just because of the 2nd stylist I'm making it average.
