I mentioned i want a blunt, a long clavicular blunt. I explicitly said I do not wish for layers, yet I was given layers. Me and my mom were given the same haircut and it looks like any middle aged woman's haircut now. Expected better than this from an international brand but there is no difference between Toni and Guy and a local parlor that copies the same layers onto everybody
