"To the Management, If you are really interested to know your customers satisfaction a single question is not enough as it depends on few factors. Highlighting couple of it. 1 Service provider 2 front office 3 eaze of transaction which is very poor as there are no telephonic status. 4 hygiene 5 overall satisfaction In my case I am satisfied with the service provider (Sufian) but not satisfied about the absence of a local phone contact. "I had an amazing experience! The salon has a lovely, luxurious vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The place is super hygienic, and all the equipment looked brand new. Highly recommend."
