"Terrible experience. I went there around 8:00 PM. The receptionist initially tried to send me away, saying the waiting time would be more than 30 minutes. I was fine with waiting, but my turn came in just 5 minutes. The hairstylist seemed tired and uninterested in doing the job. I asked what haircut options would suit my hair type, but he couldn't offer any suggestions. I simply asked him to reduce the bulk and shorten the top. Instead, he rushed through the haircut. During the process, his friends came into the shop several times, and he kept pausing to greet them. He also repeatedly asked, "Is this okay?" as if he just wanted to finish as quickly as possible. The result was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unprofessional while handling the payment. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning."

"I visited Tribe Salon Trippunithura for a dandruff treatment along with a head massage, and I was really satisfied with the experience. The staff Anmaria was friendly, and attentive. The head massage was incredibly relaxing, and the salon maintained good hygiene and provided a comfortable atmosphere."
