"The technician didn't wear gloves, her technique was awful, she double dipped the stick in the wax, left quite a lot of hair that I had to point out for her to take out, she didn't massage the oil in and simply pumped it on me for me to apply it myself. She left the room before I could check and got on a phone call. I had to call out for someone several times before she came back. The wax was spilt everywhere and I have bumps on my skin now post service. I am not going back here again and definitely posting this on Google reviews. They're charging a premium but giving the service of a tier four salon. Absolutely horrible. "
