"I have been coming to this place since a year but I got so disappointed today. I came for threading, waxing , head-wash and hair straightening but only got threading and arm waxing done. It took the staff girl 30mins to wax my arms and I felt like she ripped my skin off! My arms started bleeding from places and I had to guide her how to remove the extra wax and everything. I have my flight tomorrow and came here because I trusted this place but this experience really really disappointed me."
