Good styling, but shocking hygiene violations, terrible attitude, and now an itchy scalp.While the haircut itself was fine, the lack of basic health and safety protocols at this branch is completely unacceptable. The hairdresser brought a service trolley directly over from another customer's station and proceeded to use a comb that still had a visible strand of someone else's hair on it. When I explicitly pointed out the hair to him, he didn't apologize or get a clean tool—he just pulled the hair out with his fingers and kept combing.To make matters worse, they skipped using a fresh neck strip entirely. Because they reused a dirty black salon cape directly on my bare skin, I left the salon only to find another stranger's hair strand trapped against my neck.Update: Less than 24 hours later, my scalp is now experiencing intense itching due to their cross-contamination and dirty tools. Great styling does not make up for a complete disregard for customer health. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I will not be returning.
