Very disappointing and terrible experienced and very bad customer service of the receptionist. She should not work as a receptionist! I really regret why I came to this salon with very bad customer service of the receptionist. She argued with the customer instead of adjusting the booking schedule! A big No and Zero customer service of the receptionist! I'm sure you'll lose a lot of customers because of her.
