"The facilities are a bit small,the room light was very bright and when I asked the technician to dim it a little she didn’t,it wasn’t very relaxing because there was a bright light shining in my eyes. The facial was amazing and I loved it.however my appointment was at one and my technician arrived at 1:20.overall I might not visit the Sheraton branch again but might visit the Raha branch to give it another try "
