"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Glass Skin Rebirth Facial Experience I recently visited Skin Glow Facial Center for their Glass Skin Rebirth facial, and it was truly one of the best skincare experiences I’ve had. Ruby was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly very experienced. I appreciated how thorough she was with every step — she explained the procedure as she went along, which made me feel comfortable and well‑taken‑care‑of. The center itself has such a cozy, relaxing, and elegant atmosphere. The lighting, the space, and the cleanliness were all just right — calming without being dim, and beautifully maintained. What stood out the most was that the service never felt rushed, unlike other centers I’ve tried. Ruby took her time with each step and used the right amount of product — nothing felt hurried or “tipid.” The price is also very reasonable for the quality of service. I left feeling relaxed, and my skin felt incredibly smooth and clean. The next day, I noticed an even more visible glow on my face. I’m genuinely impressed. Keep up the excellent work, Skin Glow! "I had a facial cleansing treatment at your salon today. I paid 550 AED. My friends previously had the same facial treatment at the same price (550 AED), and they received multiple masks, proper cleansing steps, and a full service. They were very happy with the treatment. However, in my case, I only received a basic skin cleansing, and at the very end, I was given just one single sheet mask (paper mask). I was expecting at least 2 or 3 masks like my friends received, especially since I paid the same amount. Even the Korean heart-shaped masks you applied were not enough. I feel the service was incomplete and not worth 550 AED at all. I am very upset and disappointed. I would like a solution — either a partial refund or proper compensation for the difference in service. I look forward to your quick reply. Thank you."
