"I had a facial cleansing treatment at your salon today. I paid 550 AED. My friends previously had the same facial treatment at the same price (550 AED), and they received multiple masks, proper cleansing steps, and a full service. They were very happy with the treatment. However, in my case, I only received a basic skin cleansing, and at the very end, I was given just one single sheet mask (paper mask). I was expecting at least 2 or 3 masks like my friends received, especially since I paid the same amount. Even the Korean heart-shaped masks you applied were not enough. I feel the service was incomplete and not worth 550 AED at all. I am very upset and disappointed. I would like a solution — either a partial refund or proper compensation for the difference in service. I look forward to your quick reply. Thank you."
