The initial haircut i had was good no complaints, but when I was assigned Rashmi as my head masseur, i told her before she started the massage that she should do the massage without hurry or urgency but she was very quick to answer that not even a minute more than 15 minutes she is going to massage and later walked out of the massage room and sent another staff named Roopa who then did a good job. Here my complaint is end of the day we as clients opt for massage to relax and recuperate. I have earlier taken massages from spin salon Kothnur who never complained and gave great head massages but here today my experience was spoiled because in service and hospitality industry you need to be polite at the least but this staff named Rashmi lacks patience and politeness. Anyways to cover her up Roopa did a good job. Thanks to her. Hope to receive better response from your staff if and only if I visit spin salon next time.

I informed not to cut my beard more just to give a shape, he mistakenly removed more hairs and mustache also he didn't make it as i required he is unprofessional and he didnt make as per my needs he did it what he knows. I usually visits laggere branch spin salon this time i went here and it is worst experience for me.
