"I recently took eyebrow and upper lip threading services and was billed ₹160, which seemed almost double the actual price. The staff could not clearly explain the charges, and I also got a cut near my eyebrow during the service. This is not the first time I’ve noticed such billing issues. As a regular customer who has taken memberships, this lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust the services or consider future memberships."
