I normally prefer visiting on weekdays specifically because the salon is less crowded and I expect better attention and service. Unfortunately, my experience at the Spin Brookfield branch on 5 August 2026, around 3:00–4:00 PM, was extremely disappointing. I visited primarily for hair colouring, which is a basic professional salon service. The attached photographs show the condition immediately after the service. Hair colour was left clearly visible outside the hairline, around both ears and on the side of my face/cheek, and the executive did not properly clean these areas after completing the colouring. This is particularly frustrating because dark hair dye stains on the skin can remain visible for the next few days. I am the CEO of a company and regularly attend professional meetings. I cannot be expected to walk into meetings with obvious black dye stains around my ears and face after paying for a professional salon service. Frankly, looking at the final result, I feel I could have done a more careful colouring job myself at home. What disappointed me even more was the lack of attention and interest from the executive. There was no proper finishing or cleanup, no attention to other basic grooming requirements, and he did not even ask whether I required any additional grooming service. My hair was not washed properly at the end either. The entire experience felt rushed and indifferent rather than like the service expected from a professional salon and membership brand. Despite being unhappy with the service, I still gave the executive a ₹150 tip, because tipping the person who attends to me has always been my regular practice. However, a tip should not be confused with satisfaction with the service. I request the Spin management to check the appointment/service records and CCTV for 5 August 2026 between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 PM, identify the executive who attended to me, review the quality of service provided, and take appropriate corrective action. My concern is not simply about one bad hair-colour application. It is about quality control, professionalism and customer care. When someone chooses a recognised salon and pays for membership, they reasonably expect a much higher standard than what I received. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that another customer does not leave the salon in this condition."

"Few detailing got missed in haircut and beard style, didn't come like as I expected. With Spin saloon I'm having good experience and service from before, that didn't met this time. May be the person who did my haircut he is new, so he missed those few things, he needs to improve. Expecting it'll better next time. Thanks!"
