Spin Unisex Salon

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with the Service I have been a regular customer and a member/subscriber at SPIN Unisex Salon for almost a year, and I have visited this salon many times before. Unfortunately, my experience during my latest visit was extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I got my haircut and shaving done by a staff member named Shadan (S-H-A-D-A-N). The haircut itself was not done properly. Even after looking at it closely today, it honestly feels like the haircut was barely done, and the finishing was far below what I expect from a professional salon. The shaving experience was much worse. Before starting, I specifically asked him whether he was experienced in doing a razor shave. He confidently said, "Yes sir, I am an expert." However, during the shave, I suffered multiple cuts and my face started bleeding. He had to apply spray to stop the bleeding. Today, after checking my face properly, I noticed a visible cut above my upper lip, around the moustache area. I will also attach a photograph with this review so that the management can see the actual result. What disappoints me the most is that this is not some random salon where I visited for the first time. I am a regular member and have been using SPIN's services for almost a year. I have even given positive reviews in the past. If a premium salon/franchise is charging customers professional-level prices, customers deserve professional-level service. Management should seriously reconsider its staff hiring and training standards. Customer-facing professionals should be properly trained and experienced, especially when handling a razor on someone's face. Interestingly, while doing my haircut, Shadan repeatedly asked me to make sure I gave him a review. I normally don't write reviews every time I visit, but after this experience, I felt that I should share my genuine feedback. I am not writing this review to personally target anyone. I am writing it because I expect much better from SPIN as a regular member. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened, and ensures that customers don't face a similar experience in the future. Very disappointed this time. I didn't find the facial service very satisfactory, unlike my previous experience with the pedicure, which was really good. During the facial, the massage and scrubbing were not done well, and I was quite disappointed with the overall service. I would not recommend this place for a facial based on my experience.
