"Service was good, but I have one suggestion. The invoice should clearly mention all the services availed along with their individual charges instead of only showing the staff/barber name or incorrect service names. This makes it easier for customers to verify what they paid for and improves transparency. My invoice doesn't match the services I actually received. Kindly provide a detailed service-wise breakup in future"

"I have taken membership just because i cant carry money everytime i visit the salon but Spin salon in hassan is worst. They dont know how to talk to customer. The lady was insane and rude. Such worst experience happend she took the membership salon details at the time my family entered the salon and due to her negligence she didn't contact thesalon in vaderahalli. At the closing time she hurried as if it was our mistake and said to pay money orelse will not allow my family back home. Isnt that kind of threatened statement? And this lady needs to be fired orelse it would be a problem for customer's "
