"I have taken membership just because i cant carry money everytime i visit the salon but Spin salon in hassan is worst. They dont know how to talk to customer. The lady was insane and rude. Such worst experience happend she took the membership salon details at the time my family entered the salon and due to her negligence she didn't contact thesalon in vaderahalli. At the closing time she hurried as if it was our mistake and said to pay money orelse will not allow my family back home. Isnt that kind of threatened statement? And this lady needs to be fired orelse it would be a problem for customer's "

"Day by day your services are coming down in ms Palya branch, people keep changing and charges are also high compared to urban clap or other parlours near by, I am customer since 4 years now and also own a membership.. please work on improvement "
