"Very disappointed with the hair coloring service provided by this salon. They charged a very high amount but the quality of service was extremely poor. The hair color used was not up to the mark, and even after the coloring service, the side portions of my hair did not match the top color properly. White hairs were still visible from the sides, making the overall look very awkward and uneven. What is more frustrating is that the color did not even last for one day properly. This is completely unacceptable for the amount charged. Customers come to your salon trusting your brand name and expecting professional service, but this experience was very disappointing. Please do not fool customers by charging premium prices and providing cheap quality service. Also, do not ruin the brand reputation that customers trust. I would like higher management contact details to report this bad service experience properly."
