"World-class haircut. Sharp, precise, and perfectly styled. Exceptional talent and service. From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. Asim did a fantastic job with the haircut — extremely skilled and attentive to detail. The receptionist was warm, professional, and very welcoming as well (I unfortunately forgot to ask her name). Truly top-notch service all around. Thank you!"

"I called n asked the price for haircut lady said 850 plus taxes that too i left everything on barber to decide thinking he is a professional, did a pathetic hair cut very disappointed "

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at Toni & Guy. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a reputed brand. Before booking my appointment, I specifically called and asked twice whether Olaplex was available. The staff checked and confirmed twice that they had it in stock. Based on that confirmation, I booked a 4:15 PM slot and clearly informed them that I could not wait because I had an important doctor’s appointment that could not be postponed or rescheduled. When I reached the salon, I waited for 10 minutes before being called in. Only then did they check and inform me that Olaplex was NOT available. Instead of owning their mistake, they started suggesting some “other plex” treatment. That is not what I booked. I had clearly mentioned Olaplex while booking. After I expressed my concern, they casually said, “Please wait 15 minutes, we are getting it from another outlet.” It did not take 15 minutes — it took 2 hours . This is complete misinformation and a total disregard for a customer’s time, especially after I had already told them I was on a tight schedule. I honestly do not understand what kind of customer service this is, especially towards a regular client. Confirming availability twice and then failing to provide the service is highly unprofessional. Wasting 45 minutes when a customer has clearly communicated urgency shows poor coordination and zero accountability. The team members involved were Ramya and Shruti. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and escalated appropriately."
