It depends on the shop and the tier, so it is worth confirming when you book. A wash and blow-dry adds around ten minutes and lets the barber see how the hair falls before the final adjustments.
The difference is usually time and finishing rather than the cutting itself, including a wash, a blow-dry and a few extra minutes of adjustment. A value chair at AED 20 to 60 will produce a good shape but skip much of that.
Say which you want when you book, since a heavily styled finish can hide how the cut will actually sit. Asking the barber to show you how he did it makes the look repeatable at home.
