An event face from this sector generally lands between AED 350 and 900, while an engagement or pre-wedding shoot sits at AED 500 to 1,200. The figure moves with the artist's experience, the number of looks a day needs and whether they stay on for touch-ups. Bridal work with a trial attached runs higher again.
HD kit is milled finer and leans on pigments that scatter light, which is what keeps it from sitting as a visible layer on camera. The larger difference is method rather than product: thinner coats, longer blending, and a base checked under the light the lens will see. Away from a camera, a regular application does the same job for less.
For a wedding it is; for a headshot sitting it rarely is. Photograph the trial once in daylight and once under a lamp, because those two readings differ more than most people expect. A trial costs AED 300 to 800 and is often set against the final booking.
Mobile appointments are the norm rather than the exception in the capital, and travel inside a district is commonly quoted as part of the fee. Anything beyond that adds AED 50 to 200. A chair by a window with a socket within reach is the whole setup an artist needs.
Reckon on 60 to 90 minutes for a face an artist has not worked on before, and rather less once they know the skin. Hair is a separate block of time and gets quoted separately too. If the shoot calls for a second look, add half an hour for the change.
