How long does it take to get my app live?
Most salons are ready within a few days of sending their logo, colours, service list and staff details. After that, publishing depends on Apple's and Google's review queues, which we manage but don't control.
Is it really under my own brand?
Yes. Your logo, your colours, your name on the store listing and the home-screen icon. Your clients don't see the word Salonist anywhere in the app.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Both. We publish to the Apple App Store and Google Play, and share a single link your clients can use from either.
Will it cover all my branches?
Yes. Multi-location salons show every branch in one app — clients pick the one they want and book straight into that branch's diary, with one client record across all of them.
Can clients pay in the app?
Yes, through the gateways you already use — Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Tap, Tabby, Tamara and others. They can also buy gift cards, memberships and retail products.
Can I change things after it's launched?
Services, prices, staff, photos and policies update from your Salonist dashboard and appear in the app straight away. No resubmission needed for content changes.
Which plan includes the branded app?
The custom-branded app is available on Expert. Every plan includes the standard Salonist client booking app and a booking page for your own website.
