"The Swedish massage I had today @ 4pm was excellent! Thank you so much. My feedback is: 1) there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and 2) no soap at the sink. When I mentioned this at the front desk, the 2 women I spoke to said there was soap in the shower stall 🤭 Not sure your guests should have to go looking for soap when it comes to washing our hands… 3) Then the POS receipt was too light rendering it completely illegible. Apparently, it was the “wrong” paper. Sigh. Not a positive way to end a thorough & top notch massage. That said, your staff at the front desk were v receptive to all of this feedback which I appreciated! And I would come again…"
